FIRST AID INCURSION

On Tuesday, the children undertook a St John First Aid incursion. They learnt some valuable, life-saving skills and had a taste of First Aid. The children learnt the DRSAB, a shortened version of DRSABCD. Some of the other skills were how to call for an ambulance (even if a mobile phone is locked), how to deal with an unconscious casualty, how to check for breathing and how to put someone in the recovery position.
